He couldn't have been more helpful. After two days of stress, emails and phone calls, within a few minutes of dealing with Patrick the issue was well on it's way to being sorted. He worked around my work schedule and distance which I really appreciate and came in on a Saturday to resolve the issue. He sorted it out super quick and kept in contact prior the entire time. After browsing online at used cars, one came up at AutoChoice Car Supermarket in Blackburn, ( 80 miles from my home ) the SUV ticked every box & more than I ever dared to dream possible. I have never been in a position to buy a decent car before now so my battle began. Dare I go for it 🙈 I checked out the reviews & so many mentioned no pressure salesâ… left to look round at all the cars in the indoor showroomâ… & all reviews seemed to come from real personal experience. â…I love authenticity so these reviews resonated for me, so there's I was found my dream car, trusting what I'm reading on all the personal reviews haha next problem was I was not sure my loyal old car would make it to Blackburn, I was still fearful to commit so never rang to book a test drive. I never got much sleep that night. I weighed up the risks and decided to drive down just for a look & see for myself. I was absolutely winging it as I shutdown if pressured but I loved this SUV so much that I decided it was a risk worth taking .....NOW 🎊🎉 for the best bit, got there..felt so welcome from the second I walked in & was greeted by a lovely lady at reception 🥰, next I met Jacob who I felt I'd know for years 🤗, when people say No pressure sales they are absolutely telling the truth. Jacob showed me to my dream car, then said take a look around the vehicle & I will be back in a few mins if you have any questions. Phew I love time to process 🙏 Jacob came back answered all my questions then said for me to take my time & have a look round at the other cars, which was so good as I got to sit in others and get a feeling for what I really wanted. After a good wander round I felt sure on the vehicle I'd seen in the Ad online. I took it for a test drive & bought it that day.Jacob explained everything to me, went through all the warranty packages available, gave me the option to have it Ceramic wrapped & cover for scratches to paintwork & trims...yes it costs extra & I did take the full package. Peace of mind for me is priceless & I was spending more money on this SUV than I have ever had the privilege to spend on a vehicle before so I was overjoyed that all this was available, explained in full then taken care of by Jacob. I had some probs with the documents for my part ex vehicle & Jacob has guided & supported me in resolving this and again with no pressure, I honestly cannot recommend Autochoice car sales enough, I'm so grateful to Jacob for making this so easy & for been so authentic & supportive. I picked up my vehicle 4 days later & I am living my best life now. Huge Thanks to Jacob 🙏.

We live far away so he sent us a detailed video of the car before we decided to come in for a test drive. Drove up to see it in person and Josh had it ready and waiting for us to go on our test drive. We mentioned there was an issue with the wiper blades and he immediately got approval to reimburse us for the cost of replacing them. Attentive - but not to pushy, knowledgeable- but no jargon just a proper experience from a proper set of lads! Got strong value for my PX helped organise the finance, Josh seems to be an expert in his field. Really cannot recommend these guys enough - also took the extended warranty probably one of the most comprehensive warranty's I've seen on the market!!! Had my new (to me at least) car for about 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier with it. Auto Choice made the whole process as smooth as possible, from the first contact with them to the final payment and completing the purchase.
I first enquired about the vehicle at 8pm not expecting a response until the next day during business hours however Matt messaged within the hour, as he happened to have a video of the vehicle and thought I might appreciate it. On collection day Matt collected me from the train station and made the whole experience a pleasure, despite some issues caused by my bank. Got to say what a pleasure these guys were to deal with, due to me been so far away Luke the sales guy sent all the details i asked for and history of the car, a well explained 8 minute video showing any imperfections or slight issues that I would spot myself if I was there in the flesh viewing it myself.
I requested another video and HPI report which was sent immediately. The small issue I had on rear bumper
was fixed and another video showing the repair, more than happy to purchse the car and arrange a train, was collected from the train station with brew 👌 the car was exactly how it was described and shown.
I did have a issue with the haldex pump 2 weeks later, sent it to my local.garage for diagnosis and contacted Lee regarding the issue, saving a 4 hour round trip Lee went above and beyond and ordered me a new haldex pump and service kit posted next day. I had it fitted locally and the car was perfect 👌 these guys do and have gone over what I expected I am very grateful. Highly recommended, would 100% buy from these again. Thanks

I made a phone call to enquire about a car I was interested in completely unsure about the process of buying a car as it had been 10+ years since I last bought a car. Matt, the salesman, picked up and was professional, honest and very helpful throughout the entire phonecall. That was enough for me to decide to make a 3 hour round trip the same friday afternoon and look at the car. Matt greeted us with the same etiquette he had over the phone whoch carried on throughout the whole process of purchasing the car I wanted. Constant exchanges of whatsapp messages, including on his day off, provided me with answers to several questions I had over the weekend. By Monday morning, I had the confirmation that my car was ready to be picked up and so we made the trip, spent around 45 minutes sorting through the final details and then off I went. I have nothing but the highest praise for Auto Choice, and especially for Dan Acton - the rep who helped me through the sale. I was purchasing the car remotely, but Dan did a wonderful job of keeping in contact with me via WhatsApp and talked me through the whole process in clear, easy to understand terms. He did a couple of tours of the car for me, so I had a really good idea of the overall condition of the vehicle before I comitted to buying it. There was some damage to the driver's seat, which I accepted was factored into the price of the vehicle; but when Dan did the last video of the car while it was awaiting collection for delivery to me, rhey had done an extraordinary repair on the seat - it genuinely looks brand new!

Dan was friendly, courteous and professional. I never felt pressured into the sale, but when the time came, I felt confident that the car I was purchasing was the right vehicle for my needs. I am really glad that I found this company; they have been super from beginning to end.

I won't be getting another car for 4 years now, but when I come to it, I will definitely be looking at Auto Choice's stock first.
