I've not bought a car for 11 years and was a bit apprehensive initially. I made contact over the chat option requesting information and was pleasantly surprised to get a human response almost immediately, closely followed by a detailed walk round video of the car I was interested in. We need a car that both myself and my wife can drive. I'm average heigh and my wife is smaller. The car was ready and waiting for us to view when we arrived, unfortunately the seat on this car could not go forward enough to be a comfortable drive for my wife. Josh took us around the showroom, taking us to cars that would better fit our needs. On this occasion we could not find one with the right fit and spec. Had we found one I would have bought it without hesitation. I will be keeping an eye on their stock and would definitely go back if something suitable comes in. I really appreciate the assistance, knowledge and advice from Josh. There was no hard sell at all, just genuine effort, patience and expertise in trying to find the right car for us. One of the team noticed our existing car had a dint in our rear bumper and tried to remove it for us, which was really kind.

The staff were really lovely, especially Dan, who patiently arranged test drives of several different cars until I found the right one. We mentioned there was an issue with the wiper blades and he immediately got approval to reimburse us for the cost of replacing them. Josh even came in on his day off to make sure I got my car at the earliest opportunity after paperwork and last checks were done.
